BackBox Linux 4.2 released
Il team di BackBox ha rilasciato la versione 4.2 della distribuzione security-oriented; BackBox è una distribuzione Linux basata su Ubuntu, sviluppata per eseguire test di penetrazione e valutazioni di sicurezza. Fornisce un ambiente desktop minimo ma completo, grazie ai propri repository software sempre aggiornati all’ultima versione degli strumenti etici di penetration test.

Come requisiti di sistema, vengono richiesti:
- 32-bit or 64-bit processor
- 512 MB of system memory (RAM)
- 6 GB of disk space for installation
- Graphics card capable of 800×600 resolution
- DVD-ROM drive or USB port (2 GB)
